| As we were purchasing a house in Los Feliz, we worked with Curt to plan a complete remodel. Once we closed on the house, Curt and his colleagues immediately began working. They remodeled the home from top to bottom with impeccable style and skill. Curt brought a sophisticated design sensibility to the entire project; he understood the modern look we wanted to achieve and thoughtfully selected finishes to achieve it. Curt and his crew were always working; they completed the entire remodel within just a few months. And they made the process relatively stress-free. Moreover, Curt’s attention to detail and his high standards produced an absolutely wonderful finished product. We couldn’t be happier in our new home; Lotus Builders created a perfect space for us.

We had the great fortune of meeting and ultimately working with Curt Kaplan and the whole Lotus Builders team on the remodel of our first home eight years ago.
